TERMS AND CONDITIONS

OF OFFICIAL INTELLECTBET CASINO

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the legal relationship between you (“Player”, “you”, “your”) and Casiworx N.V., trading as “IntellectBet Casino” (“IntellectBet”, “Casino”, “we”, “us”, “our”), in relation to your access to and use of the IntellectBet Casino website and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By registering an account with IntellectBet, accessing the Website, or using any of our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, KYC/AML Policy, Bonus Terms, and any other rules, policies, or guidelines referenced herein (together, the “Agreement”). 1.2. IntellectBet Casino operates under the jurisdiction of Curaçao and holds a valid Certificate of Operation issued by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board (“GCB”) while the full online gaming license application (reference OGL/2024/1278/0497) is pending completion and final approval.

1.3. The Certificate of Operation authorizes IntellectBet to offer online games of chance in accordance with the applicable Curaçao laws, regulations, and technical standards, including but not limited to minimum internal control standards (MICS), anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing rules, and game fairness standards derived from internationally recognized frameworks such as Gaming Laboratories International (GLI).

1.4. These Terms are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of Curaçao. Subject to any mandatory provisions of applicable consumer protection law, the courts of Curaçao shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.

1.5. You acknowledge and accept that IntellectBet is currently in a transitional licensing phase. By using the Services, you expressly agree to this regulatory status and confirm that it is acceptable to you.


2. ELIGIBILITY AND PLAYER ACCOUNT

2.1. General Eligibility

2.1.1. You may only register and use an account with IntellectBet if all of the following conditions are met:

a) You are at least 18 years old, or older if the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction is higher;
b) Online gambling is legal in your country, territory, or state of residence;
c) You are not a resident of, located in, or accessing the Services from any restricted jurisdiction (see Section 3);
d) You are registering and playing strictly for yourself and on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party;
e) You are not classified as a politically exposed person (“PEP”) or subject to international sanctions that would prohibit us from doing business with you;
f) You have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement;
g) You have not previously had an account closed or excluded by us due to breach of these Terms, fraud, self-exclusion, or responsible gambling concerns.

2.1.2. We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time and to suspend or close your account if satisfactory proof is not provided.

2.1.3. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction. We do not provide legal advice and assume no liability if you act in breach of any local laws.

2.2. One Account Rule

2.2.1. Each Player may open and maintain only one (1) real-money account with IntellectBet.

2.2.2. The creation of multiple accounts (also referred to as “duplicate accounts”, “multi-accounts” or “multi-accounting”) is strictly prohibited. If we identify duplicate accounts, we may, at our sole discretion:

a) Close all such accounts;
b) Void any bonuses, free spins, or promotional benefits;
c) Void winnings obtained from duplicate accounts;
d) Retain balances where we reasonably suspect abuse, fraud, or collusion.

2.3. Account Registration

2.3.1. To open an account, you must complete the registration form and provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to: full name, date of birth, country of residence, address, email, phone number, and preferred currency.

2.3.2. You warrant that all information you provide is true and correct. You must promptly update your details if they change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds.

2.3.3. You will be required to choose a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.

2.3.4. You must not share your account or login details with any third party. You must not allow any other person to access or use your account. Any such use will be treated as your own use.

2.3.5. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, accessed without authorization, or that your login details have been disclosed, you must notify us immediately and change your password.

2.4. Account Verification (KYC)

2.4.1. In line with Curaçao AML/CFT regulations and our internal controls, we will conduct “Know Your Customer” (KYC) checks and may request documents at any time, including but not limited to:

a) Proof of identity: a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, ID card, driver’s license);
b) Proof of address: recent utility bill, bank statement, or official letter showing your name and residential address, issued within the last 3 months;
c) Proof of payment method ownership: copies or screenshots of bank cards, e-wallet accounts, or crypto wallets used for deposits/withdrawals, with sensitive data appropriately masked as requested by us.

2.4.2. Verification is mandatory when:

a) Your cumulative deposits reach EUR 2,000 (or currency equivalent); and/or
b) You request a withdrawal; and/or
c) We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity; and/or
d) We are required to do so by law or regulatory authorities.

2.4.3. Once you reach the EUR 2,000 cumulative deposit threshold, you must complete KYC within 30 days. During this period, we may impose restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay.

2.4.4. We aim to complete KYC checks within two (2) business days after receiving all required documents. In complex cases, this may take longer. If verification exceeds ten (10) business days, we will inform you of the delay.

2.4.5. Failure to provide requested documentation, or provision of false or altered documents, may result in:

a) Suspension or closure of your account;
b) Voidance of bonuses and winnings;
c) Reporting to relevant authorities.


3. RESTRICTED JURISDICTIONS

3.1. Due to legal and regulatory reasons, we do not accept Players who are residents of, or are physically located in, certain jurisdictions (“Restricted Jurisdictions”). The list may include, without limitation:

  • United Kingdom;
  • France and its territories;
  • Belgium;
  • Australia;
  • Spain;
  • Netherlands;

3.2. The list of Restricted Jurisdictions is subject to change. It is your responsibility to regularly check whether your country or state is permitted.

3.3. If we determine that you are accessing the Services from a Restricted Jurisdiction, we may immediately:

a) Suspend or close your account;
b) Void bets and winnings;
c) Return remaining deposit funds (subject to AML checks), where legally permissible;
d) Report your activity to relevant authorities if required.

3.4. You must not use VPNs, proxies, or any similar technologies or methods to circumvent geographical restrictions. Any such attempt constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.


4. RESPONSIBLE GAMING AND SELF-EXCLUSION

4.1. IntellectBet is committed to responsible gaming and offers a range of tools to help you control your gambling activity, including:

a) Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly);
b) Loss limits;
c) Wagering/betting limits;
d) Session time limits and reality checks;
e) Time-out (temporary suspension);
f) Self-exclusion (long-term or permanent).

4.2. You may set or adjust these limits via your account settings or by contacting Customer Support. Certain changes (e.g., decreasing limits) may take effect immediately, while increases may be subject to a cooling-off period.

4.3. If you self-exclude, your account will be blocked for the chosen period. During self-exclusion, you must not attempt to open new accounts. We will take reasonable steps to prevent you from doing so, but you acknowledge that ultimate responsibility remains with you.

i) Bonus abuse, including but not limited to:

    j) Reselling or transferring accounts, balances, or bonuses;

5.3. If we suspect or determine that you have engaged in any prohibited activity, we may, at our sole discretion:

a) Suspend or close your account;
b) Void and/or cancel bets;
c) Forfeit bonuses and winnings;
d) Retain funds where legally permitted and justified by the nature of the breach;
e) Report your conduct to law enforcement and regulatory authorities.


6. DEPOSITS, WITHDRAWALS AND PAYMENTS

8. GAMES, FAIRNESS AND TECHNICAL ISSUES

9.3. We may monitor and moderate chat communications and may warn, mute, restrict, or permanently block chat access, and/or close accounts, for violations of this Section.

9.4. We do not assume liability for any content posted by players. You use the chat at your own risk.


10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

10.1. All content and materials on the Website, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, designs, text, graphics, software, audio, video, and game content (“Intellectual Property”), are owned by or licensed to IntellectBet and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

c) Failure to pass KYC/AML checks;
d) Use of prohibited payment methods or third-party accounts;
e) Abusive behavior towards staff or other players;

g) Regulatory or legal requirements.

12.3. In case of closure due to breach or fraud, we may:

a) Void bets and winnings;
b) Forfeit balances where justified by law and regulatory obligations;
c) Report your conduct to relevant authorities.

12.4. In case of closure for non-breach reasons (e.g., at your request), we will, subject to AML checks, return your remaining real-money balance using an appropriate payment method.


13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER

13.3. Our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Services shall be limited to the lesser of:

a) The amount of your net deposits with us over the preceding six (6) months; or
b) EUR 1,000 (or equivalent), unless otherwise mandated by applicable law.

13.4. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.


14. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

14.1. If you have a complaint regarding the Services, you must first contact our Customer Support via live chat or email at support@intellectbet.com, providing full details of your complaint.

14.2. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint and will use reasonable efforts to resolve it promptly and fairly.

14.3. If you are not satisfied with our final response, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority or an independent dispute resolution body, where available under Curaçao regulations. Details may be provided upon request.

14.4. All complaints and disputes must be submitted within a reasonable time frame, and in any event no later than six (6) months from the date of the contested transaction or event.


15. AMENDMENTS TO THESE TERMS

16. MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Bonus Terms, KYC/AML Policy, and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and IntellectBet regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.

16.2. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16.3. No Waiver

16.4. Assignment
